Abuba Akotonon FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mateusz Chazon ran over to the corner to take the kick. Moneteria's Mateusz Chazon was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Domingos Iaki in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Moneteria's Daniel Cwynar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Sotil in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kacper Resel in the 21st minute of play forced Abuba Akotonon FC's goalkeeper Domingos Iaki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Remigiusz Wiatrak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Cwynar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Merentiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Domingos Iaki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugon Milko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Titan Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kacper Resel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Domingos Iaki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugon Milko in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domingos Iaki saved Abuba Akotonon FC from getting behind. In the 46th minute, Abuba Akotonon FC's Titan Palermo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Merentiel to make the kick off. Moneteria's supporters rose to their feet, but Iwan Misiewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingos Iaki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th minute, Mateusz Chazon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes in the game Maximo Laurgain did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Fulgencio Shepherd. Miguel Merentiel scored 2-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniel Cwynar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Abuba Akotonon FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Moneteria for much of the match.
