In the 6th minute Eino Toomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Holger Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anders Malmberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Ernst Kanne made a huge save. In the 9th match minute, FS Kilomani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hannes Kurvits to maneuver through the defense. After 10 minutes of play, Protegéerna's Olof Löfkvist made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernst Kanne was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to FS Kilomani getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Lembit Ülesoo hit a great ball. After some careless play in the FS Kilomani defense, Roy Bennet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernst Kanne. The FS Kilomani fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernst Kanne should have stopped the shot. Ernst Kanne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Bennet in the 20th minute of the match. Ernst Kanne stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roy Bennet's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Protegéerna booed when FS Kilomani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristofer Alles didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, FS Kilomani's goal looked a bit too open when Roy Bennet came free, but Ernst Kanne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Aimar Martsepp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Holger Johnsson. Protegéerna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aimar Martsepp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Erling Fredriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roy Bennet was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Roy Bennet sped through FS Kilomani's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ernst Kanne. After a rather tough play, Protegéerna's Erling Fredriksson got a free kick in the 57th minute. Roy Gallberg struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Ernst Kanne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Protegéerna. Ernst Kanne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Gallberg in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of FS Kilomani booed when Protegéerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roy Gallberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Eino Toomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Protegéerna's Roy Bennet in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FS Kilomani's goalie prevented a goal. With his leg Holger Johnsson managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when FS Kilomani's Aimar Martsepp fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Roy Bennet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Protegéerna's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
