In the 34th match minute, Vestegnens Betonhelte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olaf Bygum to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Bacardi FC's Cedric Uytebroeck got a free kick in the 40th minute. Gunner Grishauge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raymond Verheije, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

If Tony Elborne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vestegnens Betonhelte's Gunner Grishauge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Vestegnens Betonhelte from getting a goal against them. Bacardi FC were furious when Mathias-Alexander Pellegrims was red carded, 61 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 62 played minutes Bacardi FC got a freekick which was hit by Mathias-Alexander Pellegrims. When Berndt Blæsgaard came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Vestegnens Betonhelte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berndt Blæsgaard couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute, Enzo Denys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oliver Pluijssens didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Vestegnens Betonhelte's Tony Elborne shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. If Guust Gijselinkx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
