The referee ignored ATLAS Mysłowice's protests and gave Barnaba Gongola a yellow card for diving instead. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ATLAS Mysłowice! After some careless play in the ATLAS Mysłowice defense, Ziemowit Wnukowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radowit Fleszar. The ATLAS Mysłowice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radowit Fleszar should have stopped the shot. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Szczepan Klocko to make the kick off. After 66 minutes, Szczepan Klocko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ATLAS Mysłowice and the Srebrny Grom DK players grew even worse after the yellow card.
