The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC Psihopel BM-MM-'s Toader Jupâneanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Psihopel BM-MM- from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the game, Mihai Arapașu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rafael Maties was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Utopía Muerta FC's Rafael Maties played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihai Arapașu in the 15th minute of play. After 18 minutes of play, FC Psihopel BM-MM-'s Alin Roşculeţ made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafael Maties was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in FC Psihopel BM-MM-'s zone, Cayetano Tiniebra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toader Jupâneanu came out of the goal and Cayetano Tiniebra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 25 played minutes Utopía Muerta FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Emeterio. Avram Ciocâltea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Maties having to interfere. Edgard Emeterio got his second yellow card in the match during the 32nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 37th minute Eric Damian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Maties saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute Salvador Guillelmus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Jupâneanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gordy Carnicero hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salvador Guillelmus was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Psihopel BM-MM-'s Eugen Țepeluș got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute of the match Teodoro Guerau shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Toader Jupâneanu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eugen Țepeluș kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Agustín Ruberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. A hard shot 73 in the game by Eric Damian from a close distance when the talented Rafael Maties managed to make a qualified save. Utopía Muerta FC's players were relieved. In the 79th match minute, FC Psihopel BM-MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avram Ciocâltea to maneuver through the defense. When Eugen Țepeluș fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Psihopel BM-MM-'s protests and gave Eugen Țepeluș a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Psihopel BM-MM- getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Eugen Țepeluș hit a great ball. Salvador Guillelmus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
