The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gorbea Helguera in the 6th minute of play forced VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's goalkeeper Alex Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspard Gil in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Lando Echeto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, Todos al Fondo's goal looked a bit too open when Belchior Pegado came free, but Bittor Marchamalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Galeno Arcaute fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Todos al Fondo's protests and gave Galeno Arcaute a yellow card for diving instead. Galeno Arcaute hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Bittor Marchamalo made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Elias Maciel sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Todos al Fondo's Bittor Marchamalo got control of the ball when Zeferino Saldanha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jordi Palet's late challenge caught a VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jordi Palet helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Todos al Fondo's Jordi Palet got a free kick in the 21st minute. Bittor Marchamalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belchior Pegado in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Artur Teves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bittor Marchamalo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Alex Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspard Gil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Artur Teves dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After having played for 36 minutes, Zeferino Prates managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeferino Prates was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jordi Palet got his second yellow card in the match during the 36th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Todos al Fondo's Jordi Palet got a free kick in the 37th minute. After 39 played minutes Todos al Fondo got a freekick which was hit by Jeraldo Orruma. Jerónimo Patrício hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Belchior Pegado made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's goal looked a bit too open when Gorbea Helguera came free, but Alex Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Costa came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Todos al Fondo's Gaspard Gil. But to his dismay, Gaspard Gil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Gorbea Helguera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Alex Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Teves in the 76th minute of play forced Todos al Fondo's goalkeeper Bittor Marchamalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaspard Gil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Todos al Fondo's Silverio Prior got a free kick in the 86th minute. Silverio Prior did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Alex Costa 90 minutes into the match.
