Spectators: 7723 (Terracing: 5793, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dadá Maravilha got the match started through his kick off. After 7 played minutes AF GuiFiguer OUT!! got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Ramalho. In the 8th minute of the match Abel Gana sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but José Maria Loureiro skillfully saved the ball. José Maria Loureiro made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Abel Gana sent off a good shot on target. Dadá Maravilha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Vicente Basay having to interfere. Jorge Vicente Basay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dadá Maravilha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Maria Loureiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastián Garfias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Cafu Bastos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Jorge Vicente Basay. Jorge Vicente Basay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cafu Bastos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Vicente Basay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Oséas Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Tomás Oliveira made a precise shot to the right of Jorge Vicente Basay. Club Deportes Santa Cruz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Jaime Rufo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Maria Loureiro having to interfere. With 39 minutes on the clock, Fernán Nancupel commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Leoncio Mac Lean was substituted for Abel Gana. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Club Deportes Santa Cruz! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

After 52 played minutes AF GuiFiguer OUT!! got a freekick which was hit by Kaká Cardozo. A collision led to Club Deportes Santa Cruz getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Leoncio Mac Lean hit a great ball. Club Deportes Santa Cruz's Jorge Vicente Basay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Club Deportes Santa Cruz from getting a goal against them. Oséas Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 61 minutes, Raimundo Backhouse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Deportes Santa Cruz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raimundo Backhouse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute Leoncio Mac Lean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Loureiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cafu Bastos kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Dida França charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dida França the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to AF GuiFiguer OUT!! getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Dida França hit a great ball. AF GuiFiguer OUT!! made a substitution. Jano Botelho replaced Dadá Maravilha. After having played for 86 minutes, Cafu Bastos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AF GuiFiguer OUT!!'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cafu Bastos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorge Vicente Basay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jano Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 97 minutes into the match, Club Deportes Santa Cruz's goal looked a bit too open when Jano Botelho came free, but Jorge Vicente Basay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
