Boquenses's Dario Teodor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionel Lung in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Buzău's goalkeeper Gheorghe Vărzaru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Buzău's Tudor Bosânceanu got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gheorghe Vărzaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Aurken in the 61st minute of the match. Edelmiro Aurken scored 2-2 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gheorghe Vărzaru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dario Teodor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Inculeț, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. FC Buzău's Gheorghe Vărzaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Crescencio in the 72nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ionel Lung got free with Dario Teodor in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dario Teodor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luca Inculeț in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute, Teo Eguzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Buzău's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
