Spectators: 7722 (Terracing: 5792, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristiano Senna took the kick off in the first half of the match. José Ignacio Berguecio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 4th minute, Abdul Esquerra made a precise shot to the right of Perivaldo Torres. Jardim América FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After having played for 8 minutes, José Ignacio Berguecio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CRUZ DEL SUR's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Ignacio Berguecio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jardim América FC's attentive Walmir Araújo managed to snatch the ball when Serafín Cossio made a throw-in in the 10th minute of the game. In the 11th match minute, Jardim América FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wágner Urbano to maneuver through the defense. Abdul Esquerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Perivaldo Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Paulo Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute Cristiano Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mónico Queirolo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute Kauan Monteiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mónico Queirolo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Perivaldo Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Ignacio Berguecio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Perivaldo Torres came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by CRUZ DEL SUR's Abdul Esquerra. But to his dismay, Abdul Esquerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Belmiro Peñaranda to make the kick off. Perivaldo Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdul Esquerra in the 53rd minute of play. João Ceresso charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Ceresso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 54 played minutes Jardim América FC got a freekick which was hit by João Ceresso. Luís Guilherme Salgado hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After 64 played minutes Jardim América FC got a freekick which was hit by Iuri Sousa. Niguel Eleysegui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perivaldo Torres having to interfere. Belmiro Peñaranda struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Perivaldo Torres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CRUZ DEL SUR. 68 minutes into the match, José Ignacio Berguecio notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Jardim América FC's Perivaldo Torres. Perivaldo Torres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute, Niguel Eleysegui ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Perivaldo Torres was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. After 76 minutes of play, CRUZ DEL SUR's Abdul Esquerra made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Perivaldo Torres was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mónico Queirolo made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Kauan Monteiro sent off a good shot on target. The referee showed Serafín Cossio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Serafín Cossio hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Niguel Eleysegui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the CRUZ DEL SUR players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
