Spectators: 7688 (Terracing: 5767, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pedro Luís Toscano started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Arotza Ledrado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Váldson de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 9 minutes of play, Carqueja's Arotza Ledrado made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Váldson de Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11th minute, Kimetz Charro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th match minute, Palmeiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perivaldo Maciel to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Arotza Ledrado sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Palmeiras's Váldson de Queirós didn't even have to move. Téo Trancoso kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th minute of the match, Urki Olivera got a very nice opportunity to score, but Váldson de Queirós was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Horácio Lara fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palmeiras's protests and gave Horácio Lara a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Palmeiras's Horácio Lara got a free kick in the 37th minute. After 38 minutes, Caco Monteiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palmeiras and the Carqueja players grew even worse after the yellow card. Caco Monteiro kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Marino Ribadas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carqueja fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Urki Olivera to make the kick off. 50 minutes into the game, Carqueja's Nafarroa Dragranda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Váldson de Queirós made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Váldson de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nafarroa Dragranda in the 54th minute of play. If Téo Trancoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute Nafarroa Dragranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Váldson de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Estevon Feliph showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Téo Trancoso in the 63rd minute of the match. A collision led to Palmeiras getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Horácio Lara hit a great ball. Téo Trancoso succeeded in the game's 72nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. Váldson de Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theobald Trubica, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Váldson de Queirós didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Urki Olivera went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Nafarroa Dragranda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carqueja's supporters rose to their feet, but Nafarroa Dragranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Váldson de Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Caco Monteiro hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Palmeiras's Perivaldo Maciel seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Perivaldo Maciel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Palmeiras protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Perivaldo Maciel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Palmeiras fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! When the referee ended the match the Carqueja players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
