An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Wieczorek in the 18th minute of play forced Team Pogba's goalkeeper Garry Warden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tytus Frenzel made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Jools Beavan sent off a good shot on target. After 32 played minutes Team Pogba got a freekick which was hit by Barney Atherton. Jools Beavan charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jools Beavan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Wieczorek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tytus Frenzel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Archie King in the 55th minute of play. Tytus Frenzel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Nicholson, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute Joseph Nicholson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tytus Frenzel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Wieczorek got free with Garry Warden in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th match minute, KS Olimpia Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Bentkowski to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Kryspin Mitus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Theo Ealham hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Team Pogba's Garry Warden got control of the ball when Ali Wieczorek tried to sneak it across the goal line.
