Anders Bergman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cordero Casuso, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Oskar Biörling managed to get in a good position for a shot. Team Rocco's supporters rose to their feet, but Oskar Biörling was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johans Ortubia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Monitor Huáscar's Johans Ortubia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Biörling in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Verner Jönsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Team Rocco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monitor Huáscar the free kick. Anders Bergman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cordero Casuso in the 13th minute of play. Christian Palm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordero Casuso in the 29th minute of play forced Team Rocco's goalkeeper Anders Bergman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomas Åman hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, Team Rocco's goalkeeper Anders Bergman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oxel Viñales. Christian Palm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Monitor Huáscar getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Bidari Ansola hit a great ball. Oxel Viñales recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thomas Åman to make the kick off. Christian Palm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Team Rocco's zone, Cordero Casuso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anders Bergman came out of the goal and Cordero Casuso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anders Bergman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Varez in the 66th minute of the match. The Monitor Huáscar fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Monitor Huáscar's Ovidio Varez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Team Rocco's Oskar Biörling got a free kick in the 69th minute. Anders Bergman came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Monitor Huáscar's Oxel Viñales. But to his dismay, Oxel Viñales quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Team Rocco's Robin Martinsson got a free kick in the 94th minute. Ovidio Varez scored 3-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anders Bergman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Monitor Huáscar fans cheered their team off the field, for while Team Rocco had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
