In the 5th minute, Hansjörg Görlitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, SC Otten's goal looked a bit too open when 莫杰战 came free, but Olaf Lübke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frederik Vielmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but 姜烽邦 made a huge save. 『挑战者』Wolf Totem's 姜烽邦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronnie Schilder in the 25th minute of play. With a little luck, 『挑战者』Wolf Totem's 姜烽邦 got control of the ball when Frederik Vielmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. If 谢诚洲 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the SC Otten defense, 莫杰战 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olaf Lübke. The SC Otten fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olaf Lübke should have stopped the shot. The supporters of 『挑战者』Wolf Totem booed when SC Otten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudi Tenhagen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 37 minutes, 莫杰战 made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. SC Otten's Olaf Lübke tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronnie Schilder during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ronnie Schilder hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Olaf Lübke came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by 『挑战者』Wolf Totem's 莫杰战. But to his dismay, 莫杰战 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 52nd play minutes 叶飞梁 shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Olaf Lübke and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to 『挑战者』Wolf Totem getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. 谢诚洲 hit a great ball. SC Otten's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when 叶飞梁 scored to the left of an out of position Olaf Lübke, making the score, 0-7. 『挑战者』Wolf Totem made a substitution. 巩雄震 replaced 周桑雄. 叶飞梁 might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olaf Lübke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 叶飞梁 ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that 谢诚洲's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olaf Lübke was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Olaf Lübke made an important save on a dangerous shot by 叶飞梁 in the 71st minute. In the 76th minute, 莫杰战 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronnie Schilder in the 78th minute of play forced 『挑战者』Wolf Totem's goalkeeper 姜烽邦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 叶飞梁 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olaf Lübke having to make a save. SC Otten's Olaf Lübke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 叶飞梁 in the 82nd minute of play. If 叶飞梁 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When 谢诚洲, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 84 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Olaf Lübke was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. A collision led to 『挑战者』Wolf Totem getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. 谢诚洲 hit a great ball. After 91 played minutes SC Otten got a freekick which was hit by Hansjörg Görlitz. The 『挑战者』Wolf Totem supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing 『挑战者』Wolf Totem would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
