In the 2nd minute, Menderes Ünaldi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 7 played minutes MarineerS FK got a freekick which was hit by Halil Can Bengi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menderes Ünaldi in the 11th minute of play forced FC Kukova's goalkeeper Antón Boldižár to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, MarineerS FK's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Vičan came free, but Kutluay Haşmetli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sancarbey Çakıroğlu in the 16th minute of play forced FC Kukova's goalkeeper Antón Boldižár to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st match minute, MarineerS FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hüseyin Turan Davutoğlu to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in MarineerS FK's zone, Peter Vičan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kutluay Haşmetli came out of the goal and Peter Vičan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute, Tomáš Petruš made a precise shot to the right of Kutluay Haşmetli. MarineerS FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Tibor Hurban kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Antón Boldižár made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Menderes Ünaldi in the 29th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Peter Vičan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Kutluay Haşmetli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tomáš Petruš could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Kutluay Haşmetli made a huge save. Kutluay Haşmetli was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Pavol Majer capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pavol Majer really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Kutluay Haşmetli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavol Majer, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sancarbey Çakıroğlu made a kick off. Antón Boldižár took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sancarbey Çakıroğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, FC Kukova's goal looked a bit too open when Menderes Ünaldi came free, but Antón Boldižár reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, MarineerS FK's Sancarbey Çakıroğlu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Antón Boldižár. Antón Boldižár yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. After 59 played minutes MarineerS FK got a freekick which was hit by Boğaçhan Türker. Menderes Ünaldi hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the game, FC Kukova's Pavol Majer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kutluay Haşmetli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. 79 minutes into the match, MarineerS FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tomáš Petruš came free, but Kutluay Haşmetli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antón Boldižár made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sancarbey Çakıroğlu in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menderes Ünaldi in the 83rd minute of play forced FC Kukova's goalkeeper Antón Boldižár to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MarineerS FK's Kutluay Haşmetli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Vičan in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th match minute, MarineerS FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halit Fahri Subutay to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute Pavol Majer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kutluay Haşmetli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kutluay Haşmetli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavol Majer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MarineerS FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
