Flavio Di Matteo hit a great ball. Ferdinando Tabacco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Dahlberg in the 9th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Dag Norberg put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ferdinando Tabacco. 19 minutes into the game, Richard Dahlberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ferdinando Tabacco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Doffes Damer booed when FC Mims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Sciamanna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dag Norberg took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferdinando Tabacco. Ferdinando Tabacco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After some careless play in the Doffes Damer defense, Frank Sciamanna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bengt-Åke Kleen. The Doffes Damer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bengt-Åke Kleen should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Doffes Damer booed when FC Mims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Castronovo didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Mims's Ferdinando Tabacco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Persson in the 44th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dag Norberg was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Mims's Felice Di Biagio got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the match, Doffes Damer's Richard Dahlberg broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Bengt-Åke Kleen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessio Ubriaco in the 68th minute of the match. Ferdinando Tabacco was a little too slow when Dag Norberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 3-4. In the 74th minute, Richard Dahlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flavio Di Matteo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Mims fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! Ferdinando Tabacco had in the 81stth minute some difficulties stopping Richard Dahlberg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 81st minute, Richard Dahlberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferdinando Tabacco was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-5. In the 87th match minute, Doffes Damer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Kihlman to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dag Norberg in the 89th minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Ferdinando Tabacco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Ansoldi during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Mims's Bruno Ansoldi got a free kick in the 95th minute. Dag Norberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ferdinando Tabacco came out and tried to block the shot, but Dag Norberg slotted it home off the left post making it 3-6 in the 97th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Doffes Damer eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
