Dogelo's Pedro Augusto Silva became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 1-0. Karl-Johan Rang's late challenge caught a Dogelo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Johan Rang helped the player get up and apologised. Bengt-Åke Kleen came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Dogelo's Arí Custódio. But to his dismay, Arí Custódio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. During the 34th minute of the match Karl-Johan Rang completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Karl-Johan Rang a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Dogelo booed when Doffes Damer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Johan Rang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dag Norberg in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Augusto Silva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Dag Norberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pedro Augusto Silva. That made the score 2-1 in the 39 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

51 minutes into the match, Doffes Damer's goalkeeper Bengt-Åke Kleen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arí Custódio. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Noel de Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dogelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Noel de Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bengt-Åke Kleen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 64 minutes, Noel de Amorim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dogelo and the Doffes Damer players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute, Noel de Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, Dag Norberg notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Dogelo's Pedro Augusto Silva. Pedro Augusto Silva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Arí Custódio fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dogelo's protests and gave Arí Custódio a yellow card for diving instead. Arí Custódio kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Arí Custódio took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Bengt-Åke Kleen to make any attempt to save it. After 76 minutes of play, Doffes Damer's Richard Dahlberg made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Augusto Silva was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Adelino Pombal fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Bengt-Åke Kleen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arí Custódio in the 91st minute. Bengt-Åke Kleen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Nogueira in the 95th minute of the match.
