Spectators: 7700 (Terracing: 5776, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 153) Alessio Ubriaco started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alessio Ubriaco in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arrigo Del Grosso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arrigo Del Grosso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessio Ubriaco in the 6th minute of play. When Comunardo Di Biagio fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Mims's protests and gave Comunardo Di Biagio a yellow card for diving instead. When Fulvio Di Crescenzo came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Duri come il marmo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulvio Di Crescenzo couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute Florian Del Greco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Tomei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Fulvio Di Crescenzo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC Mims's Alberto Tomei. Alberto Tomei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessio Ubriaco in the 27th minute of play forced Duri come il marmo's goalkeeper Arrigo Del Grosso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duri come il marmo made a substitution. Aldo Savoia replaced Florian Del Greco. Duri come il marmo's Andrea Pavia got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alessio Ubriaco in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arrigo Del Grosso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. FC Mims's Bruno Ansoldi got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 42 minutes into the game, Fulvio Di Crescenzo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Alberto Tomei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Fulvio Di Crescenzo made the kick off in the second half. Bruno Ansoldi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arrigo Del Grosso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 50th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alessio Ubriaco in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arrigo Del Grosso saved Duri come il marmo from getting behind. Fulvio Di Crescenzo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alberto Tomei came out and tried to block the shot, but Fulvio Di Crescenzo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 60th minute. Fulvio Di Crescenzo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Alberto Tomei made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortunato Malvezzi in the 68th minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Alberto Tomei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Mims's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Fortunato Malvezzi scored to the left of an out of position Alberto Tomei, making the score, 0-5. If Alessio Ubriaco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 minutes, Ferdinando Napoleone mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Duri come il marmo and the FC Mims players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arrigo Del Grosso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessio Ubriaco in the 82nd minute of the match. Arrigo Del Grosso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessio Ubriaco, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Arrigo Del Grosso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Ansoldi in the 91st minute of play. A collision led to Duri come il marmo getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ferdinando Napoleone hit a great ball. The Duri come il marmo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Duri come il marmo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
