Arí Custódio scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alberto Tomei, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of FC Mims booed when Dogelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to FC Mims getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Bruno Locatelli hit a great ball. Alberto Tomei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí Custódio in the 29th minute of play. Alberto Tomei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donato Nogueira's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 35th minute, Carmine Di Cola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Tomei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maicon Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arí Custódio to make the kick off. Arí Custódio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Alberto Tomei made a huge save. Arí Custódio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alberto Tomei firmly grabbed it by the left post. Arí Custódio took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alberto Tomei. Alberto Tomei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Arí Custódio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 60th minute. Dogelo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Alberto Tomei made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Arí Custódio sent off a good shot on target. In the 65th minute, Arí Custódio made a precise shot to the right of Alberto Tomei. FC Mims's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Alberto Tomei made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Arí Custódio sent off a good shot on target. After 70th play minutes Arí Custódio shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Alberto Tomei and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon Moura in the 75th minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Alberto Tomei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Mims's Alberto Tomei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arí Custódio in the 79th minute of play. The supporters of Dogelo booed when FC Mims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Locatelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute Arí Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Tomei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tomei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arí Custódio, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If Ian Mineiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Mims's Arturo Florio got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hortêncio Messias charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hortêncio Messias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th match minute, Dogelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hortêncio Messias to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Dogelo's Vitinho Santana got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute Arturo Florio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Augusto Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dogelo played a much better game than FC Mims and deserved their victory. The FC Mims players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
