Spectators: 7740 (Terracing: 5806, Seating: 1780, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dag Norberg started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Doffes Damer booed when Go Ahead Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Periklis Vougiouklis didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Dahlberg in the 7th minute of play forced Go Ahead Eagles's goalkeeper Themistoklis Charalambakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 played minutes Doffes Damer got a freekick which was hit by Tor Hökqvist. The referee felt a red card was in order, 9 minutes into the game, when Giorgos Tsartas put in a rough tackle. After 10 played minutes Go Ahead Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Giorgos Tsartas. Themistoklis Charalambakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Persson in the 12th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Joacim Sigfridsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stamatis Lakerdas scored 1-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anton Hult, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Themistoklis Charalambakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Persson in the 27th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Vaggelis Pagarliotas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Doffes Damer's Adam Rosin got a free kick in the 29th minute. Anton Hult came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Go Ahead Eagles's Nikos Moustos. But to his dismay, Nikos Moustos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Dag Norberg kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Anton Hult showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikos Moustos, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nikos Moustos in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anton Hult prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 37 minutes, Adam Rosin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Doffes Damer and the Go Ahead Eagles players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Go Ahead Eagles booed when Doffes Damer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Rosin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Stamatis Lakerdas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Go Ahead Eagles's supporters rose to their feet, but Stamatis Lakerdas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anton Hult breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Go Ahead Eagles booed when Doffes Damer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Rosin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Doffes Damer getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Adam Rosin hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the game, Aris Kolitsis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Go Ahead Eagles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doffes Damer the free kick. After 47 played minutes Go Ahead Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Aris Kolitsis. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Nikos Moustos made the kick off in the second half. Anton Hult showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stamatis Lakerdas in the 51st minute of the match. Stamatis Lakerdas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Anton Hult tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stamatis Lakerdas in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anton Hult prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leo Larsson charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leo Larsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 62 minutes into the game, Stamatis Lakerdas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Anton Hult was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anton Hult showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikos Moustos in the 65th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Benjamin Persson could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Themistoklis Charalambakis however easily saved by the left post. Dag Norberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Themistoklis Charalambakis made a huge save. 86 minutes into the game, Stelios Panagiotidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Go Ahead Eagles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doffes Damer the free kick. Stelios Panagiotidis hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match.
