With an all-out effort, Real Racing Club's Placido Mercurio threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Higinio Santiago, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 6 minutes into the match, Eusebio Odol dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Placido Mercurio, 1-0. In the 11th minute, Real Racing Club's Aquiles Medina dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carmelo Euloxu during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aquiles Medina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Real Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Iván Alonso came free, but Oscar Constancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, La France FC's Placido Mercurio got control of the ball when Aquiles Medina tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Mauro Burni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Oscar Constancio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 26 minutes into the game, Christian Salvidor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. After a rather tough play, Real Racing Club's Higinio Santiago got a free kick in the 43rd minute. A collision led to Real Racing Club getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Angelo Remicio hit a great ball. Placido Mercurio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Angelo Remicio. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Aquiles Medina made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Medina in the 51st minute of play forced La France FC's goalkeeper Placido Mercurio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 played minutes La France FC got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Montay. In the 57th minute of the match Gaudencio Lixandro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Placido Mercurio skillfully saved the ball. Oscar Constancio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iván Alonso in the 66th minute. La France FC's Placido Mercurio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Medina in the 70th minute of play. When Eulalio Mannuel fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La France FC's protests and gave Eulalio Mannuel a yellow card for diving instead. Eulalio Mannuel hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. A collision led to La France FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Cayetano Camerino hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the game, Aquiles Medina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Placido Mercurio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Larpe in the 93rd minute of play forced La France FC's goalkeeper Placido Mercurio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Higinio Santiago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Mercurio having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Real Racing Club had won after a very even match.
