Herblay's Antonin Daguerre got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Dehais in the 10th minute of play forced Jumentus Rock Club's goalkeeper Arí Netto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jumentus Rock Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antonin Daguerre was slow to take the kick. During this time Herblay's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Antonin Daguerre got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arí Netto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Antonin Daguerre's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Arí Netto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. José Dehais kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Herblay's Jonathan Samuel got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 27th minute, Antonin Daguerre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Herblay's Jules Triboulet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Maia in the 28th minute of play. Marcelo Maia took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jules Triboulet. Jules Triboulet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Malik Vrignon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Arí Netto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Herblay's Malik Vrignon came free and shot a quick shot against goal 34 minutes in the game, fortunately Arí Netto had problems saving as it came toward the left post. With a little luck, Jumentus Rock Club's Arí Netto got control of the ball when José Dehais tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute, Jumentus Rock Club's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Malik Vrignon fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Malik Vrignon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Arí Netto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Carlos Zonta made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Jumentus Rock Club's goal looked a bit too open when José Dehais came free, but Arí Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Antonin Daguerre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Malik Vrignon in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arí Netto saved Jumentus Rock Club from getting behind.
