In the 7th minute Facundo Nahas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pawel Gierlach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delmiro Iztal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrzej Duda in the 9th minute of play. In the 14th minute Andrzej Duda suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Ciriaco Satordi fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Escocia's protests and gave Ciriaco Satordi a yellow card for diving instead. Pawel Gierlach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Facundo Nahas, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Escocia's goalkeeper Delmiro Iztal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaroslav Kaczynski. In the 44thth minute of the game Facundo Nahas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pogromcy Flaków's Pawel Gierlach was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Flavio Ricart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pawel Gierlach having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaroslav Kaczynski to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Jaroslav Kaczynski notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Club Atlético Escocia's Delmiro Iztal. Pascual Ado got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-2 in the right cross in the 82nd match minute before Pawel Gierlach had time to react. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Nahas in the 90th minute of play forced Pogromcy Flaków's goalkeeper Pawel Gierlach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Facundo Nahas in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pawel Gierlach prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Club Atlético Escocia's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
