Martin Coraș hit a great ball. 3 minutes into the match, FC Berea's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Ado came free, but Dacian Iurea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berea Luca in the 5th minute of play forced Club Atlético Escocia's goalkeeper Delmiro Iztal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Berea booed when Club Atlético Escocia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Quinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Atlético Escocia's German Tartalo got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Basarab Arotăriței made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Basarab Arotăriței cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Delmiro Iztal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Delmiro Iztal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berea Luca in the 58th minute of the match. With a left leg Delmiro Iztal saved Club Atlético Escocia from getting behind. In the 64th match minute, Club Atlético Escocia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciriaco Satordi to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Nahas in the 75th minute of play forced FC Berea's goalkeeper Dacian Iurea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basarab Arotăriței in the 80th minute of play forced Club Atlético Escocia's goalkeeper Delmiro Iztal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Berea Luca notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Club Atlético Escocia's Delmiro Iztal. FC Berea were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Club Atlético Escocia to leave the ground with a draw.
