Spectators: 7717 (Terracing: 5789, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) In the 5th minute, Facundo Nahas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute Flavio Ricart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Cara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. German Tartalo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Christian Vieri received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Delmiro Iztal came out and tried to block the shot, but Christian Vieri slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. Coriano FC's Dino Cara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Facundo Nahas in the 18th minute of play. Bianco Mattei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Delmiro Iztal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 23 minutes, Enrique Astrada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Escocia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrique Astrada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emanuele Boccanera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Delmiro Iztal made a huge save. Dino Cara came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Escocia's Pascual Ado. But to his dismay, Pascual Ado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 30th minute of the match German Tartalo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dino Cara showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute, Pascual Ado made a precise shot to the right of Dino Cara. Coriano FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Armando Adriano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Delmiro Iztal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Pascual Ado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Escocia's supporters rose to their feet, but Pascual Ado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Cara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Club Atlético Escocia were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pascual Ado made a kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Coriano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Tolino came free, but Dino Cara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmiro Iztal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Adriano in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Escocia's Facundo Nahas got a free kick in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Adriano in the 66th minute of play forced Club Atlético Escocia's goalkeeper Delmiro Iztal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Delmiro Iztal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuele Boccanera in the 68th minute of the match. Dino Cara was a little too slow when Enrique Astrada got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 1-3. Delmiro Iztal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Adriano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Coriano FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Alberigo Cericola hit a great ball. In the 84th match minute, Coriano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberigo Cericola to maneuver through the defense. After 93 minutes of play, Coriano FC's Emanuele Boccanera made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmiro Iztal was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 97th minute, Emanuele Boccanera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delmiro Iztal was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Coriano FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
