Spectators: 7696 (Terracing: 5773, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tiago Machado started the match with the kick off. Mandrake fc's Apolo Montero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Mandrake fc from getting a goal against them. In the 7th match minute, EDI MZB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edi Souza to maneuver through the defense. Apolo Montero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Didi Mesquita, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Mandrake fc's goalkeeper Apolo Montero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evandro Maia. Julio Correa charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julio Correa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th minute, Julio Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 15 minutes of play, EDI MZB's Tiago Machado made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apolo Montero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Apolo Montero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evandro Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Apolo Montero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evandro Maia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Montero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evandro Maia in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Mandrake fc's Xavian Quintero seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Xavian Quintero the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Mandrake fc protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Xavian Quintero had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 32 played minutes Mandrake fc got a freekick which was hit by Xavian Quintero. EDI MZB's Evandro Maia got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, EDI MZB's Fábio Alves got a free kick in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Mandrake fc's Herauso Sarro broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 38 minutes of play, EDI MZB's Edi Souza made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apolo Montero was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Evandro Maia got free with Apolo Montero in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Apolo Montero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edi Souza in the 44th minute of the match. EDI MZB's David Andrade suffered a sore thigh after 45 minutes and couldn't finish the game. EDI MZB made a substitution. Sidnei Fernandez replaced David Andrade. Tulio Saura kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Apolo Montero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cugat Lara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, EDI MZB's Evandro Maia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Apolo Montero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Cugat Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Apolo Montero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evandro Maia in the 65th minute of play. Mandrake fc's Apolo Montero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evandro Maia in the 67th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Evandro Maia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Montero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 played minutes Mandrake fc got a freekick which was hit by Tulio Saura. In the 74th minute Tiago Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Montero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Evandro Maia made a precise shot to the right of Apolo Montero. Mandrake fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 81 minutes into the match, Mandrake fc's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Machado came free, but Apolo Montero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saul Coira kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Tulio Saura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. EDI MZB made a substitution. Silvinho Macedo replaced Danilo Pires. In the 90th minute, Tiago Machado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EDI MZB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. EDI MZB were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mandrake fc for a fine match.
