Kai Hilljegerdes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jamel Cronshagen, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Kai Hilljegerdes was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bill Livingston. Kai Hilljegerdes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danial Lefler, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Kai Hilljegerdes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danial Lefler in the 12th minute of play. With a little luck, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Kai Hilljegerdes got control of the ball when Jamel Cronshagen tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Folke Vielmann sped through C. A. Pipon Pipon's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bobby Fisher. In the 30th minute, Danial Lefler reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kai Hilljegerdes. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 33rd minute, Jerold Floyd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bobby Fisher stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Folke Vielmann's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ole Per Leffel in the 37th minute of play forced C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalkeeper Bobby Fisher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Folke Vielmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bobby Fisher was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After the first half DJK Füchtel Vechta were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Folke Vielmann made a kick off. Bill Livingston charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bill Livingston the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st match minute, C. A. Pipon Pipon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bill Livingston to maneuver through the defense. 51 minutes into the match, C. A. Pipon Pipon's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Vielmann came free, but Bobby Fisher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Hjalmar Rilke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute, Jamel Cronshagen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute, Folke Vielmann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DJK Füchtel Vechta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Bobby Fisher came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by DJK Füchtel Vechta's Folke Vielmann. But to his dismay, Folke Vielmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. 66 minutes into the match, Freddie Henderson notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of DJK Füchtel Vechta's Kai Hilljegerdes. Kai Hilljegerdes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. DJK Füchtel Vechta's Ole Per Leffel got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to DJK Füchtel Vechta getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Steffen Kracht hit a great ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Freddie Henderson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. A. Pipon Pipon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddie Henderson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kai Hilljegerdes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danial Lefler in the 78th minute of play. After having played for 84 minutes, Folke Vielmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DJK Füchtel Vechta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Folke Vielmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bobby Fisher was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jamal Gläsel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 85 minute of play. Kai Hilljegerdes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddie Henderson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. DJK Füchtel Vechta's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
