In the 4th minute German Vedeja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bobby Fisher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Freddie Henderson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paulo Chandivilla. Paulo Chandivilla yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 9th minute, Freddie Henderson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C. A. Pipon Pipon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a rather tough play, Red Reign's Jesus Abecia got a free kick in the 12th minute. Red Reign's Paulo Chandivilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danial Lefler in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Red Reign's goal looked a bit too open when Danial Lefler came free, but Paulo Chandivilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 played minutes Red Reign got a freekick which was hit by Arias Deleon. Freddie Hendersons short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Paulo Chandivilla to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 23 played minutes C. A. Pipon Pipon got a freekick which was hit by Danial Lefler. Paulo Chandivilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamel Cronshagen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Danial Lefler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Chandivilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Moreta Somonte notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of C. A. Pipon Pipon's Bobby Fisher. Bobby Fisher was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers German Vedeja in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bobby Fisher saved C. A. Pipon Pipon from getting behind. With a little luck, Red Reign's Paulo Chandivilla got control of the ball when Freddie Henderson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Red Reign defense, Jamel Cronshagen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulo Chandivilla. The Red Reign fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulo Chandivilla should have stopped the shot. Jesus Abecia hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Red Reign's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Freddie Henderson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jamel Cronshagen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. German Vedeja was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, German Vedeja got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Saritama Durana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jerold Floyd broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Red Reign's Paulo Chandivilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danial Lefler in the 67th minute of play. After some careless play in the Red Reign defense, Freddie Henderson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulo Chandivilla. The Red Reign fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulo Chandivilla should have stopped the shot. German Vedeja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bobby Fisher having to interfere. After 79 played minutes C. A. Pipon Pipon got a freekick which was hit by Freddie Henderson. Danial Lefler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulo Chandivilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Paulo Chandivilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Danial Lefler went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jamel Cronshagen hit a great ball. Paulo Chandivilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamel Cronshagen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bobby Fisher should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Red Reign players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C. A. Pipon Pipon.
