After 4 played minutes Vila Mascote FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Sabóia. Dante Hartz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodriguinho Ceresso in the 7th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Vila Mascote FC's Luisão Tasso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Hartz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Dante Hartz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodriguinho Ceresso went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Rafinha Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Elizardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Aaron Elizardo sped through Vila Mascote FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rafinha Godoi. Vila Mascote FC's Rafinha Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Phelipe in the 43rd minute of play. A collision led to Vila Mascote FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Rodriguinho Ceresso hit a great ball. After 44 played minutes, Laurita FC's Romulo Phelipe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rafinha Godoi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Laurita FC reached it. Edson Trevisan kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of Vila Mascote FC booed when Laurita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Elizardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Hartz came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Vila Mascote FC's Luisão Tasso. But to his dismay, Luisão Tasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Melquiades Gartzen charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melquiades Gartzen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vila Mascote FC's Guilherme Pombal was substituted for Fernando Sabóia. Melquiades Gartzen hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Dante Hartz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guilherme Pombal in the 74th minute of play. Fermin Telesforo's late challenge caught a Vila Mascote FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fermin Telesforo helped the player get up and apologised. Fermin Telesforo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. When Aaron Elizardo fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laurita FC's protests and gave Aaron Elizardo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Laurita FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Aaron Elizardo hit a great ball. Romulo Phelipe took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafinha Godoi. Rafinha Godoi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. With 86 minutes on the clock, Melquiades Gartzen commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When Rodriguinho Ceresso fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vila Mascote FC's protests and gave Rodriguinho Ceresso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd match minute, Vila Mascote FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho Ceresso to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes Vila Mascote FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodriguinho Ceresso. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
