Rafinha Godoi made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Zacarias Lapurdi sent off a good shot on target. Rafinha Godoi was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Teodosio Oalo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Teodosio Oalo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 26 minutes into the match, Diego CANCH Off Hasta2030's goal looked a bit too open when Olavo Bastos came free, but Bonifacio Farias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bonifacio Farias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodriguinho Ceresso in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Americo Ralondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diego CANCH Off Hasta2030's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vila Mascote FC the free kick. A collision led to Diego CANCH Off Hasta2030 getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Americo Ralondo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Araújo in the 34th minute of play forced Diego CANCH Off Hasta2030's goalkeeper Bonifacio Farias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Zacarias Lapurdi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rafinha Godoi. That made the score 3-0 in the 37 minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Vila Mascote FC's Guilherme Pombal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bonifacio Farias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guilherme Pombal to make the kick off. In the 68th match minute, Vila Mascote FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho Ceresso to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes, Diego CANCH Off Hasta2030's Uriel Savion shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rafinha Godoi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Diego CANCH Off Hasta2030 reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guilherme Pombal got free with Bonifacio Farias in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
