Spectators: 7893 (Terracing: 6082, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 110) Pesqueira City's Ronaldo Guimarães started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Monte Hermoso Beach's Fidel Lorien tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th minute Ronaldo Guimarães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Guimarães took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fidel Lorien. Fidel Lorien dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 25 minutes into the match, Monte Hermoso Beach's goal looked a bit too open when Rômulo de Queirós came free, but Fidel Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Rômulo de Queirós had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fidel Lorien. Pesqueira City's Enéas Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Joseph in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Monte Hermoso Beach's Erubiel Bilintx was substituted for Marco Bixintxo. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anastasio Enol to strike the kick off in the second half. Enéas Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Enol in the 53rd minute of the match. Monte Hermoso Beach's Anastasio Enol got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bebeto Mendes hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Monte Hermoso Beach's goal looked a bit too open when Bebeto Mendes came free, but Fidel Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fidel Lorien yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. 91 minutes into the game, Bebeto Mendes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fidel Lorien. Bebeto Mendes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. In the 96th minute, Luizinho Pesqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Pesqueira City could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Monte Hermoso Beach throughout the match.
