Tomé Catarinense hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Shark FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Nilmar de Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thor Sjödin. In the 26th match minute, Shark FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magno Linhares to maneuver through the defense. Patrik Alström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Åsbro Flåsegutter fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Márcio Garcia in the 36th minute of play forced Åsbro Flåsegutter's goalkeeper Patrik Alström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Shark FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Örn came free, but Nilmar de Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilmar de Amorim made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Joseph Askestät sent off a good shot on target. Joseph Askestät received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Márcio Garcia to make the kick off. Joseph Askestät received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Nilmar de Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Åsbro Flåsegutter's Roy Bollström was substituted for Andréas Vennersten. A collision led to Åsbro Flåsegutter getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Joseph Askestät hit a great ball. In the 67th minute of the match, Dedé Pimenta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Patrik Alström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 70 minutes into the game, Thor Sjödin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Nilmar de Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th minute, Eriberto Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
