After a rather tough play, Scorpions -MM-'s Aurel Andriescu got a free kick in the 3rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kleanthis Louvaris got free with Avram Golescu in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Scorpions -MM- booed when Saronida FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stathis Diamantidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8thth minute of the game Kleanthis Louvaris who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Scorpions -MM-'s Avram Golescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Kleanthis Louvaris sped through Scorpions -MM-'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Avram Golescu. In the 17th minute, Nikos Malamas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saronida FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Avram Golescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kleanthis Louvaris in the 20th minute of the match. Alexandru Zăvoiu charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dan Năstase made a kick off. Marios Zachalios was a little too slow when Alexandru Siteavu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 3-1. Avram Golescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kleanthis Louvaris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Nikos Malamas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Avram Golescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikos Malamas in the 88th minute of play forced Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Avram Golescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
