After 2 minutes, Anastasios Zotalis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saronida FC and the Juventus Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Saronida FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Vlassis Tavoularis hit a great ball. Kleanthis Louvaris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Michele Di Gregorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nikos Malamas in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michele Di Gregorio saved Juventus Football Club from getting behind. Michele Di Gregorio made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Kleanthis Louvaris sent off a good shot on target. The long shot by Michalis Kazantziou in the 16th minute really tested Michele Di Gregorio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Grzegorz Praski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Marios Zachalios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michalis Kazantziou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michele Di Gregorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Malamas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marios Zachalios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Luis in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute of the match Petros Maragoudakis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Michele Di Gregorio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kleanthis Louvaris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Michele Di Gregorio made a huge save. Juventus Football Club's Michele Di Gregorio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Juventus Football Club from getting a goal against them. Roman Furgal kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After 42 played minutes Juventus Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Kryspin Skirzynski. Korneliusz Kensicki charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Korneliusz Kensicki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Korneliusz Kensicki hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Kleanthis Louvaris made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Dimitris Koubouris sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Michele Di Gregorio skillfully saved the ball. After taking down the ball on Saronida FC's corner Kyriakos Stratakos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Michele Di Gregorio quite easily take care of the ball. In the 65th minute of the match, Douglas Luis got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marios Zachalios was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nikos Malamas hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Tanek Wisniewski charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 92nd minute, Nikos Malamas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Michele Di Gregorio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 95 minutes of play, Saronida FC's Kleanthis Louvaris made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Michele Di Gregorio was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Saronida FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Juventus Football Club had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
