When Boleslaw Lipinski fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juventus Football Club's protests and gave Boleslaw Lipinski a yellow card for diving instead. After 9 played minutes Juventus Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Boleslaw Lipinski. When Titus Guillory came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the American Airlines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Titus Guillory couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Douglas Luis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anthony Shields. American Airlines's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Douglas Luis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Colby Sherwood made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 22ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Michele Di Gregorio would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Colby Sherwood in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Michele Di Gregorio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Titus Guillory managed to get in a good position for a shot. American Airlines's supporters rose to their feet, but Titus Guillory was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michele Di Gregorio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. American Airlines's Anthony Shields played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Praski in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Grzegorz Praski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anthony Shields was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Carlos Adams kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, American Airlines's Bradley Cerna got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 35 played minutes, Juventus Football Club's Kryspin Skirzynski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anthony Shields came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Juventus Football Club reached it. Heriberto Conley's late challenge caught a Juventus Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Douglas Luis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, American Airlines's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Luis came free, but Anthony Shields reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anthony Shields showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Luis in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute Colby Sherwood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michele Di Gregorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grzegorz Praski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Anthony Shields tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. American Airlines's Colby Sherwood got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Colby Sherwood in the 63rd minute of play forced Juventus Football Club's goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colby Sherwood struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Michele Di Gregorio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for American Airlines. With a little luck, American Airlines's Anthony Shields got control of the ball when Douglas Luis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Douglas Luis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Anthony Shields made a huge save. After a rather tough play, American Airlines's Carlos Adams got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute, Erik Janžovnik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, American Airlines's Colby Sherwood broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. Michele Di Gregorio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After having played for 88 minutes, Colby Sherwood managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. American Airlines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Colby Sherwood was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 89 played minutes Juventus Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Wlodzimierz Buczak. Michele Di Gregorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Titus Guillory in the 90th minute of play. A collision led to Juventus Football Club getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Wlodzimierz Buczak hit a great ball. Grzegorz Praski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Anthony Shields tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Juventus Football Club players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
