A collision led to Albertus FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Joeri Buys hit a great ball. In the 4th minute, Kurt Hartlief hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan Giejda took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leendert Borg. Albertus FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Danny Scheer hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Hubert Ottens kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Jhon Kuys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 played minutes Bialski Bastion Legii got a freekick which was hit by Tadeusz Orszak. In the 21st minute Frits Platvoet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcin Bilicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bialski Bastion Legii's Marcin Bilicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joeri Buys in the 27th minute of play. Leendert Borg came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Bialski Bastion Legii's Wlodzimierz Daszkowski. But to his dismay, Wlodzimierz Daszkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Wincent Nieruchliwy hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Ted Kamps sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Bialski Bastion Legii's Marcin Bilicki didn't even have to move. In the 37th match minute, Bialski Bastion Legii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Giejda to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the game, Albertus FC's Joeri Buys nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcin Bilicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 41 minutes, Frits Platvoet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Albertus FC and the Bialski Bastion Legii players grew even worse after the yellow card. Frits Platvoet kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Marcin Bilicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christijan van Asseldonk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joeri Buys to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Bialski Bastion Legii's goalkeeper Marcin Bilicki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joeri Buys. Bialski Bastion Legii's Marcin Bilicki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Bialski Bastion Legii from getting a goal against them. 54 minutes into the match, Bialski Bastion Legii's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Kamps came free, but Marcin Bilicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albertus FC were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Bialski Bastion Legii's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ted Kamps took the corner. Marcin Bilicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frits Platvoet in the 58th minute of the match. When Christijan van Asseldonk came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Albertus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christijan van Asseldonk couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd match minute, Bialski Bastion Legii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Giejda to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Bialski Bastion Legii's Marcin Bilicki got control of the ball when Joeri Buys tried to sneak it across the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Bialski Bastion Legii's goal looked a bit too open when Joeri Buys came free, but Marcin Bilicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcin Bilicki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joeri Buys in the 77th minute. After 82 minutes Bialski Bastion Legii's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ted Kamps who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Albertus FC's Ted Kamps to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcin Bilicki despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 86th minute, Bialski Bastion Legii's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ted Kamps fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ted Kamps sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
