Spectators: 8056 (Terracing: 6043, Seating: 1853, VIP seats: 160) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Thierry Henry took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 13th minute, Thierry Henry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Barsa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thierry Henry came free, but Remigio Favila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Ciro Immobile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Favila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute of the match, Ciro Immobile tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Remigio Favila saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Remigio Favila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Immobile, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Hjalmar Lind took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Tomi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hjalmar Lind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Feliz in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, Barsa FC's Remigio Favila got control of the ball when Tony Wallin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Pihl United's Thierry Henry slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Remigio Favila. That made the score 2-0 after 38 minutes of play. When Thierry Henry came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Pihl United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thierry Henry couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Barsa FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gonzalo Cresenciano hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

After some careless play in the Barsa FC defense, Tony Wallin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remigio Favila. The Barsa FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remigio Favila should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoriano Feliz got free with Hjalmar Lind in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Remigio Favila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thierry Henry in the 58th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Ciro Immobile was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pihl United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barsa FC the free kick. Ciro Immobile kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Ciro Immobile took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remigio Favila. Remigio Favila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The supporters of Barsa FC booed when Pihl United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Maldini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnaldo Guerrero hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Elliot Malmgren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Remigio Favila. Barsa FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Barsa FC's Arnaldo Sanduru nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hjalmar Lind made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Remigio Favila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Immobile in the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barsa FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Elliot Malmgren was slow to take the kick. During this time Pihl United's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Elliot Malmgren got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Remigio Favila quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Barsa FC's Arnaldo Guerrero got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the referee ended the match the Pihl United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
