Spectators: 8153 (Terracing: 6116, Seating: 1875, VIP seats: 162) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Neville Wal kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute, Poncio De Pablo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Olliver Todman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute, Alfonso Vives hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dakota Gaffigan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aloisio Correa. Los once leones Ourense's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ceandro Lozano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aloisio Correa was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Olliver Todman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Olliver Todman really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 22ndth minute of the game Beltran Rajoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Australian Youth Academy's Dani Cochrane was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th minute, Medardo Figueres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Australian Youth Academy's Dakota Gaffigan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Los once leones Ourense. Los once leones Ourense's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cosme Saboya in the 32nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Guillen Salazar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dani Cochrane quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 34thth minute of the game Ben Minton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los once leones Ourense's Aloisio Correa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ceandro Lozano might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dani Cochrane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ceandro Lozano ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Australian Youth Academy getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Lauder Fitzsimmons hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fagondo Huarte stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Australian Youth Academy booed when Los once leones Ourense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fagondo Huarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Olliver Todman came free, but Aloisio Correa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Australian Youth Academy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Beltran Rajoi scored to the left of an out of position Dani Cochrane, making the score, 1-1. Australian Youth Academy's Dugald Berresford was substituted for Ben Minton. Dakota Gaffigan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aloisio Correa having to interfere. Aloisio Correa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dugald Berresford, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 91st match minute, Los once leones Ourense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceandro Lozano to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Australian Youth Academy's Dugald Berresford got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Los once leones Ourense players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Australian Youth Academy from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
