The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cezary Wieloch charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After a defensive mix-up in FC Brzesko City's zone, 顾辉震 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Tscherner came out of the goal and 顾辉震 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 莫冰常 kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 38th minute FC Brzesko City were awarded a corner. Gilbert Cetnar went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led FC Brzesko City's Gilbert Cetnar to fire away a dangerous shot which 傅棋翀 despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 38 minutes of play, FC Brzesko City's Marek Grunwalski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 傅棋翀 was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Bogumil Chojnacki fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Brzesko City's protests and gave Bogumil Chojnacki a yellow card for diving instead. The coaching staff of FC Brzesko City protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bogumil Chojnacki had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Brzesko City!
