After 4 minutes, Filomeno Pio made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Yago Aza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Elia Minguez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo ScrugenFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Elia Minguez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severiano Santo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Israel Montae got free with Yago Aza in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ostots Balaguer hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Yago Aza came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Amboy FC's Israel Montae. But to his dismay, Israel Montae quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The audience was convinced that Elia Minguez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severiano Santo was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. After having played for 37 minutes, Elia Minguez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo ScrugenFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elia Minguez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Higinio Lordi during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Lordi to maneuver through the defense. Elia Minguez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 43 minutes, Joaquin Ipar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Amboy FC and the Deportivo ScrugenFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Joaquin Ipar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filomeno Pio to strike the kick off in the second half. When Ostots Balaguer fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo ScrugenFC's protests and gave Ostots Balaguer a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Ostots Balaguer got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Elia Minguez's late challenge caught a Amboy FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elia Minguez helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes Deportivo ScrugenFC got a freekick which was hit by Elia Minguez. 57 minutes into the match, Amboy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elia Minguez came free, but Severiano Santo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cuarto Marzana hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Pio came free, but Yago Aza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filomeno Pio in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yago Aza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Inocencio Jokin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gasteiz Obies during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Amboy FC booed when Deportivo ScrugenFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gasteiz Obies didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elia Minguez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Severiano Santo made a huge save. Javiar Jordan kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Elia Minguez might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severiano Santo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elia Minguez ran back to his position shaking his head. Elia Minguez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Severiano Santo made a huge save. In the 91st minute Elia Minguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Santo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Rencio Peral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Amboy FC had won after a very even match.
