Iker Paul ran back to his position shaking his head. Lázaro Timo took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delfim Bastos. Delfim Bastos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1.

When Ulises Frutos fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Diamante U18's protests and gave Ulises Frutos a yellow card for diving instead. Ulises Frutos hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Mario Chorche hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guilherme Abud got free with Donato Macerio in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Mario Chorche fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Diamante U18's protests and gave Mario Chorche a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gino Carneiro got free with Donato Macerio in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th match minute, Deportivo Diamante U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Pirro to maneuver through the defense. After 77 minutes of play DENVER™'s Luís Eduardo Araújo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 78th minute, Luís Eduardo Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute Iker Paul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 played minutes Deportivo Diamante U18 got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Timo. In the 84th minute, Lázaro Timo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Adrianinho Negri in the 84th minute really tested Donato Macerio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 85th minute, Mario Chorche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Chorche was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 93 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Deportivo Diamante U18:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of DENVER™:s goal. Leonardo Baraquiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The DENVER™ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
