Márk Vargha's late challenge caught a Classe A Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Márk Vargha helped the player get up and apologised. Cipriano de Mendonça hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, Csaba Kormos fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Márk Vargha in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doriva Simão saved Classe A Futebol Clube from getting behind. In the 62nd minute of the match, Csaba Kormos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Doriva Simão was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Doriva Simão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from József Tóth, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. A collision led to Classe A Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Carlinhos Faria hit a great ball. In the 75th minute Csaba Kormos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doriva Simão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 82 minutes, Carlinhos Faria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Classe A Futebol Clube and the Phoenix Fireball SE players grew even worse after the yellow card.
