Spectators: 7985 (Terracing: 5990, Seating: 1836, VIP seats: 159) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gustavo Bautista got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Estudiantes de América's goalkeeper Prospero Abadia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Prospero Abadia made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Traian Muscaș sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Traian Muscaș could shoot a difficult shot in the 20th minute, which Prospero Abadia however easily saved by the left post. 20 minutes into the game, Roque Cisco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estudiantes de América's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC BaLiSt the free kick. The supporters of FC BaLiSt booed when Estudiantes de América was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Cisco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prospero Abadia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Braica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Traian Muscaș's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Prospero Abadia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Traian Muscaș could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Prospero Abadia made a huge save. Estudiantes de América's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Traian Muscaș 27 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Silvano Guib charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvano Guib the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th minute, Silvano Guib hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Claudiu Floreanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonard Baran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Erasto in the 40th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florin Braica to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Claudiu Floreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Traian Muscaș made a precise shot to the right of Prospero Abadia. Estudiantes de América's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Prospero Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Marin in the 56th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes de América's Diego Banegas got a free kick in the 56th minute. FC BaLiSt's Pompiliu Lechințan was substituted for Claudiu Floreanu. FC BaLiSt's Mircea Irod was substituted for Mihăiţă Corbeanu. In the 58th minute, Diego Banegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pompiliu Lechințan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Prospero Abadia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC BaLiSt's Tudor Gheordunescu was substituted for Aron Constantiniu. Prospero Abadia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Braica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute Traian Muscaș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de América's goal looked a bit too open when Florin Braica came free, but Prospero Abadia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FC BaLiSt's Leonard Baran got control of the ball when Lino Ekialde tried to sneak it across the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Florin Braica had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prospero Abadia. Estudiantes de América's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florin Braica was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 89 minutes into the match, FC BaLiSt's goalkeeper Leonard Baran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Bautista. Prospero Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Braica in the 93rd minute of play. When the referee ended the match the FC BaLiSt players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
