A collision led to Estudiantes de América getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Rolando Erasto hit a great ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prospero Abadia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonathan Gitano made a kick off. Prospero Abadia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Gitano in the 52nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Gitano in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prospero Abadia saved Estudiantes de América from getting behind. Eriberto Frisco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Prospero Abadia made a huge save. Prospero Abadia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Frisco in the 60th minute of the match. Fernan Tiadoro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Prospero Abadia made a huge save. Estudiantes de América's Prospero Abadia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Estudiantes de América from getting a goal against them. Prospero Abadia made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Jonathan Gitano sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Estudiantes de América's Prospero Abadia got control of the ball when Eriberto Frisco tried to sneak it across the goal line.
