Spectators: 8016 (Terracing: 6014, Seating: 1843, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anton Hurezan started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Gigi Arosculesei took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Michal Snaza to make any attempt to save it. Slawomir Fleischer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Traian Pantea having to interfere. Michal Snaza made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Virgil Turceanu sent off a good shot on target. FC Saxon's Michal Snaza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save FC Saxon from getting a goal against them. Michal Snaza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Hurezan in the 31st minute of the match. Slawomir Fleischer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, FC Saxon's goalkeeper Michal Snaza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gigi Arosculesei. Michal Snaza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilie Ciociu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lukasz Jarmulowicz was the one to do the kick off. Traian Pantea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Slawomir Fleischer in the 51st minute. After 52 played minutes Ares FC -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Gigi Arosculesei. A hard shot by Dariusz Witwicki from long distance, 53 minutes into the match, got Traian Pantea's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ilie Ciociu in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michal Snaza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Traian Pantea made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Dawid Bielejewski sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute, Cătălin Şoiman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Saxon's Michal Snaza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgil Turceanu in the 67th minute of play. Michal Snaza came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Ares FC -MM-'s Gigi Arosculesei. But to his dismay, Gigi Arosculesei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 73 minutes into the game, Cătălin Şoiman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ares FC -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Saxon the free kick. The supporters of FC Saxon booed when Ares FC -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cătălin Şoiman didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Daszkowski in the 74th minute of play forced Ares FC -MM-'s goalkeeper Traian Pantea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Ares FC -MM-'s Traian Pantea got control of the ball when Tolek Gregorczyk tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 79th play minutes Dawid Bielejewski shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Traian Pantea and just under the crossbar into goal. 83 minutes into the game, Stefan Daszkowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Saxon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ares FC -MM- the free kick. Slawomir Fleischer charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Slawomir Fleischer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th match minute, FC Saxon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Slawomir Fleischer to maneuver through the defense. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
