In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico Los Andes's goalkeeper Urbano Lorencio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 45 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Pakorro AFC's Jaguar Murillo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. The Club Atletico Los Andes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pakorro AFC were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kévin Zenón made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Gustavo Hotz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 57 minutes of play, Pakorro AFC's Emilio Hitz made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Urbano Lorencio was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilio Hitz during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Club Atletico Los Andes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Perico Murillo scored to the left of an out of position Urbano Lorencio, making the score, 2-8. Pakorro AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
