The Egg Chasers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of Real Ayuntamiento CF booed when Egg Chasers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Linkletter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anacleto Beat struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Bradley Longstaffe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Ayuntamiento CF. 24 minutes into the match, Real Ayuntamiento CF's goal looked a bit too open when Ricki Gervais came free, but Vicente Berto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Bradley Longstaffe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vinicio Lopes. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricki Gervais in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Berto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Roman Mark fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Ayuntamiento CF's protests and gave Roman Mark a yellow card for diving instead. Patrick Toovey kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Real Ayuntamiento CF's goal looked a bit too open when Billie Curtis came free, but Vicente Berto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Ayuntamiento CF's Vicente Berto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Linkletter in the 35th minute of play. Vicente Berto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Billie Curtis in the 40th minute of the match. Vicente Berto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricki Gervais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute Billie Curtis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Berto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

In the 50th match minute, Real Ayuntamiento CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Segio to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Sebastian Selby in the 51st minute really tested Vicente Berto's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Danny Booth's late challenge caught a Real Ayuntamiento CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danny Booth helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Danny Booth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Ricki Gervais had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vicente Berto. Real Ayuntamiento CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricki Gervais was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Danny Booth's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vicente Berto firmly grabbed it by the left post. Federico Lobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Bradley Longstaffe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ricki Gervais's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Berto was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 84th minute of the match Egg Chasers FC got a corner. Real Ayuntamiento CF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sebastian Selby ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Sebastian Selby got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vicente Berto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 88th minute, Ricki Gervais reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vicente Berto. The goal made the score 1-4. The supporters of Egg Chasers FC booed when Real Ayuntamiento CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Licerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Selby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Real Ayuntamiento CF's Vicente Berto got control of the ball when Ricki Gervais tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Egg Chasers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Bowden to maneuver through the defense.
