Julius van Zijl came out of the goal and Jailson de Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julius van Zijl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jailson de Amaral in the 17th minute of the match. Julius van Zijl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duda Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper Julius van Zijl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jailson de Amaral. Julius van Zijl made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Jailson de Amaral sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerard Mulder in the 22nd minute of play forced Zuera Never End MZC's goalkeeper Santo Everton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Bal op het Dak's Alfred Blaauwgeers got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 41st minute Gerard Mulder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Everton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Klaas Jan Lammers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santo Everton. Zuera Never End MZC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Klaas Jan Lammers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Klaas Jan Lammers to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Duda Arce came free, but Julius van Zijl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jailson de Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristof Numan during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Cherif Gomez fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zuera Never End MZC's protests and gave Cherif Gomez a yellow card for diving instead.
