Spectators: 7963 (Terracing: 5974, Seating: 1831, VIP seats: 158) In the 7th minute West Staines Massive were awarded a corner. Wilhelm Bay went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Sebastian Haas heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 9th minute, Sebastian Haas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The West Staines Massive fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 13th match minute, Brothers of Mercy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anders Svensson to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Wilhelm Bay in the 14th minute really tested Karl-Erik Kihlman's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 16th minute, Jochen Bruns hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Haas in the 18th minute of play forced Brothers of Mercy's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Kihlman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th match minute, Brothers of Mercy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Bark to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Brothers of Mercy's Anders Svensson got a free kick in the 24th minute. When Jochen Bruns fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored West Staines Massive's protests and gave Jochen Bruns a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Forssberg in the 36th minute of play forced West Staines Massive's goalkeeper Siegmund Nickel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, West Staines Massive's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Pihlgren came free, but Siegmund Nickel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Henning Prinz fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored West Staines Massive's protests and gave Henning Prinz a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes West Staines Massive got a freekick which was hit by Henning Prinz. Siegmund Nickel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svante Pihlgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 46 minutes, Wilhelm Bay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the West Staines Massive and the Brothers of Mercy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 46 played minutes West Staines Massive got a freekick which was hit by Wilhelm Bay.

Siegmund Nickel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svante Pihlgren in the 56th minute of the match. In the 64th minute Svante Pihlgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siegmund Nickel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Jan Sundström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68thth minute of the game Adam Senzel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brothers of Mercy's Karl-Erik Kihlman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Tobias Forssberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Siegmund Nickel, 1-1. West Staines Massive were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Brothers of Mercy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wilhelm Bay took the corner. West Staines Massive's Wilhelm Bay was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Karl-Erik Kihlman in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Haas in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Erik Kihlman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adam Senzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to West Staines Massive getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jochen Bruns hit a great ball. Brothers of Mercy were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after West Staines Massive's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tobias Forssberg took the corner. After taking down the ball on Brothers of Mercy's corner Tobias Forssberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Siegmund Nickel quite easily take care of the ball. In the 92nd minute, Marko Norström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Siegmund Nickel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Brothers of Mercy's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
