Vincent Albom was a little too slow when Anders Svensson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-1. 27 minutes into the match, Brothers of Mercy's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Rönn came free, but Karl-Erik Kihlman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Albins Kamrater's Arne Gullesson got a free kick in the 28th minute. When Allan Bark came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Brothers of Mercy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Bark couldn't finish the play. Albins Kamrater's Vincent Albom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Albins Kamrater from getting a goal against them. Brothers of Mercy's Karl-Erik Kihlman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Finsberg in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Brothers of Mercy's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Rönn came free, but Karl-Erik Kihlman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Allan Bark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Brothers of Mercy's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Finsberg came free, but Karl-Erik Kihlman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robin Finsberg to make the kick off. Brothers of Mercy's Karl-Erik Kihlman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Brothers of Mercy from getting a goal against them. Svante Pihlgren charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 56th minute Robin Finsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Kihlman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Marko Norström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brothers of Mercy's supporters rose to their feet, but Marko Norström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincent Albom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Albins Kamrater getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Isac Åkesson hit a great ball. Manfred Biörk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Karl-Erik Kihlman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Sundström was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Brothers of Mercy! The referee gave Albins Kamrater a penalty, 78 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Konrad Ståhlman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Brothers of Mercy's Karl-Erik Kihlman. 1-2. Karl-Oskar Albohm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Karl-Erik Kihlman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Albins Kamrater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Ståhlman to maneuver through the defense. Albins Kamrater's Manfred Biörk suffered a concussion after 95 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hjalmar Brodin during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Albins Kamrater made a substitution. Bernt Strandberg replaced Manfred Biörk. In the 96th match minute, Brothers of Mercy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hjalmar Brodin to maneuver through the defense. The Albins Kamrater players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
