In the 2nd match minute, THE CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venko Dushev to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute, Teófilo Pádua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th minute Svetozar Popchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrício Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teófilo Pádua in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danail Mladzhov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to THE CLUB getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Volodya Latev hit a great ball. Virgílio Anjos struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Danail Mladzhov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land. If Alexandre Veríssimo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Danail Mladzhov came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Alexandre Veríssimo. But to his dismay, Alexandre Veríssimo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. THE CLUB's Danail Mladzhov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teófilo Pádua in the 25th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Alexandre Veríssimo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to THE CLUB getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Tencho Kodov hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, THE CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Veríssimo came free, but Danail Mladzhov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. THE CLUB's Danail Mladzhov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teófilo Pádua in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, THE CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Teófilo Pádua came free, but Danail Mladzhov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teófilo Pádua took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danail Mladzhov. Danail Mladzhov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After a rather tough play, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Bento Melo got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Svetozar Popchev was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, THE CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Teófilo Pádua came free, but Danail Mladzhov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. THE CLUB's Danail Mladzhov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save THE CLUB from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Alexandre Veríssimo sped through THE CLUB's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Danail Mladzhov. Alcides Soares kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teófilo Pádua in the 68th minute of play forced THE CLUB's goalkeeper Danail Mladzhov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute Nano Ginev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrício Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Danail Mladzhov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teófilo Pádua in the 79th minute of the match. After some careless play in the CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land defense, Svetozar Popchev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabrício Marques. The CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabrício Marques should have stopped the shot. Fabrício Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svetozar Popchev in the 92nd minute of play. The THE CLUB supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's performance. The match ended with a win for CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land.
